Meet our Pastors
Pastor Fred & Prophetess Carolyn Neloms
We’re so glad you’re here! At Rivers of Living Waters, you’ll find real people, real faith, and a refreshing move of God’s presence. No matter where you are on your journey, there’s a place for you here to grow, connect, and experience the life-changing love of Jesus.
Come as you are and leave renewed.
“You’re Welcome Here”
What if I’m unsure about faith—or skeptical?
That’s okay. We welcome honest questions.
We believe faith grows through real conversations, not pressure or pretending. If you’re curious about God, unsure what you believe, or even hesitant because of past church experiences, you’ll find a place to explore and listen at your own pace.
Is this church for me?
Yes—whether you’re coming with a family, on your own, or just checking things out.
Our church is made up of people from many backgrounds: families with kids, singles, couples, professionals, and neighbors who are simply trying to figure out life and faith. Some of us have followed Jesus for years; others are still asking big questions. You don’t have to have it all together to belong here.
You are welcome here —just as you are.
Whether this is your first time in a church or your first time back in a long while, we hope you’ll join us this Sunday and experience a community growing together in grace, truth, and hope.
A Prayer of Salvation
If you’re ready, you can pray this prayer right now—quietly or out loud. What matters is the sincerity of your heart.
“God, I know that I need You.
I admit that I’ve fallen short and can’t fix my life on my own.
I believe that Jesus is Your Son,
that He died for my sins, and that He rose again.
Today, I turn from my old ways and place my trust in Jesus.
Please forgive me, make me new, and lead my life.
I receive Your grace and choose to follow You.
Amen.”
What Happens Next?
If you prayed this prayer, the Bible says you are not alone and you are not starting over by yourself—God meets you with grace and new life.
Faith grows best in community, and we’d love to support you in this next step. Whether that means learning more, asking questions, or simply being prayed for, you are always welcome here.
We would love to walk with you as you grow in faith and discover what it means to follow Jesus.
